A letter to my grandparents

May 1, 2011
Dear Grandma and Grandpa Besch,
There are so many things I want to tell you.  I think of you often.  Sometimes when life gets a little hard, I wish I would go back to being a kid and playing at your house on Sundays.  I remember walking to your house with Kathy after school the days we had dance classes.  We'd sit and talk with you.  The four of us would have supper together before Grandpa drove us to dance class.  We would usually have hot dogs and Pringles.  I miss those days.  Seeing French Onion and Cheddar Cheese Pringles reminds me of you.  I remember running down the hall of the nursing home before my junior prom to surprise Grandpa.  It had been an impromptu decision and I had a friend snap a picture of us.  It's one of my favorites.  Jeopardy still reminds me of Grandma because we'd watch it together while Grandpa made supper.  I wish I had just one more day with you to talk, watch Jeopardy and eat hot dogs and Pringles.  I miss you.
Love,
Theresa
